The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), plans to build standard rehabilitation centre in the Federal Capital Territory to tackle drug abuse among children and youths, its Chairman, Col. Muhammad Abdallah (RTD), has said.  Col. Muhammad Abdallah  made the announcement in Abuja on Tuesday at the celebration of the 2017 UN Day against Drug Menace and Illicit Trafficking.
