The Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose has won in court against the allegation put on by the  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as a Federal High Court ordered Zenith Bank to unfreeze his account. The Federal High Court located in Ado Ekiti has ordered Zenith Bank on Tuesday to immediately unfreeze the accounts of Governor, Ayodele Fayose. According to the ruling by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, he ruled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission did not follow the laid down regulations in ordering the bank to freeze the accounts.
